Maybe the minimum wage should be adjusted so it’s a living wage so people don’t need to supplement their 40 hour job with OT or a 2nd job just to make ends meet.

Absolutely, 100% – could not agree more. Working longer hour or more jobs can’t be the only solution to making ends meet.
