You sue the same person that you sue for the self-shooting guns, the manufacture! DUH

But there are no self-shooting guns. Perhaps that’s your point. In all seriousness, this presents an interesting dilemma. And since the Dems are mere puppets to the plaintiff’s bar, I guess whether we get self-driving cars or not will be up to the scum sucking ambulance chasing lawyers.

Which manufacturer ? The manufacturer of the automobile? The manufacturer – developer – of the self-drive software? The maufacturer of the Lidar or other systems used to ‘see’ what is happening on the road?

You sue them all and let them cross and counter sue each other. See how it shakes out after ten years of litigation and your attorney takes most of the money they eventually fork over home with him/her.
