Further proof that some on the Supreme Court are political hacks of the Democratic party. Clearly, to 3 of them, the Constitution is meaningless. And, 100,000 kids on ventilators?

        “And, 100,000 kids on ventilators?”

Where’d you get that from? It’s not in the article nor any of the links the article has. There’s no “kid” or “child” or “ventilator” in any of the two citations.

Where’d you get that statistic from? Can you share a link please?

The ‘100,000 kids’ are from Sotemeyer’s comments during her oral argument. That’s pretty bad when a Justice can’t get her facts correct/highly exaggerated in a Supreme Court case.

Fact Checker got it. Yes — that misinformation brought to you by one of the SCOTUS libs. She will — no doubt — be banned by Twitter. #wiselatinix

Read the entire ruling and you will come to a different conclusion. This was never about protecting workers, but rather an attempt to control. This was well outside of OSHA’s congressional mandate and they rightly got brought back in line.

Glad to see common sense prevail. It’s hard to take the liberal justices viewpoints on the OSHA Vaccine/Test Mandate seriously when they are factually incorrect and not tied to present reality.

This was an attempted work “around” by the administration and they got caught.

    SMH.

Common sense? Like pandemics magically go away, ingest bleach, shoot UV in your veins, don’t test so the numbers go down? That kind of common sense? End sarcasm.

This overreach doesn’t protect all workers. I primarily work from home for a company with over 100 employees and I’m supposed to get the vax. My brother owns a restaurant with 15 employees and face to face with customers all day, yet they are not required. Who do you think is more at risk? This mandate was a joke.

        Logical,
I agree, the mandate should have been more robust.

All i know is that Betty White and Bob Saget are both still dead so it’s not like things can get much worse at this point, so there’s that.

COVID is still dividing the country, I respect everyones opinions and remember this was the right to “choose” If you want the vaccine and 1000 boosters (sorry – couldnt help it) you can still obtain. We already know via Omnicron that being vaccinated doesnt stop the virus mutating nor the spread, you cant obviously think if every sigle person in every country gets vaccinated, it will stop. It will mutate before that can happen. Everyone has the right to choose. FREEDOM is what makes the USA so great. If we could only remember the UNITED portion, we would be so much better off.

      Hi Jenn,
Some decent points but it isn’t really the virus that is dividing the country. It’s more the conspiracy theorists suggesting the vaccination is going to cause infertility or inject a microchip into your flesh. That taking horse deworming medicine and drinking urine are better alternatives. Or, let’s all just get it and let the weaker masses amongst us fill coffins. That ingesting bleach and illuminating your insides with UV rays is a safe way to handle infection. That it will magically disappear so no need to do anything at all. And all of those who joined that cult-like mentality are causing the divide. My sister cannot take the vaccination because of immuno-deficiencies. Those who have similar health situations, I understand. But those who just won’t take it because they somehow think it’s a Democratic Party response are just naïve at best. And, that may be an insult to naïve people.
