Similar issues with my CPAP. Had the System One device and after a few years had constant issues with irritation when I woke each morning. Registered with the Company soon after the first reports were known and heard about a month ago that they want to pay $50 and have the unit retired because they don’t make it anymore. Fortunately, I have been able to move on and got a new CPAP by a different manufacturer about a year ago, but that option isn’t available to many people. I’m totally unimpressed with the way the Company has handled this problem. Maybe they were just overwhelmed by the scope of the issue, but it is hard to shake the idea they concluded it was cheaper to pay for damages people may be able to prove in court than go out and replace or repair all the units out there.
