    I hate this made up HR term. I would just call it the minimum for doing your job. People are doing their jobs. Not everyone needs to be a try hard, go getter, above and beyond type.

    Another article uncritically repeating this ridiculous term when 86% of people in our industry are still doing more than what they’ve been hired to do. Please consider writing an article about the managers who don’t recognize the work their people are doing.
