Chubb Appoints Ohsiek Chief Accounting Officer, Hagan CFO of Operations and Le as Chief Auditor

Chubb made three executive appointments effective Sept. 4.
Chubb appointed George Ohsiek as vice president and chief accounting officer of the Chubb Group. He currently serves as chief auditor of the Chubb Group. Prior to serving as chief auditor, he held various corporate finance positions at the company, including senior vice president of global accounting policy and group controller. Before joining the company in 2008, Ohsiek served at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and KPMG.

Ohsiek succeeds Annmarie Hagan, who has been named vice president of Chubb Group and chief financial officer of operations, technology and transformation. Hagan has over 35 years of industry experience. She joined Chubb in 2014 as senior vice president of operations and finance and subsequently served as global controller and vice president of finance. She previously served as chief financial officer for Cigna Corp.

Mong-Diep “Dee” Le will succeed Ohsiek as chief auditor. She currently serves as executive vice president and global controller for Chubb and is internal audit functions worldwide. Le has more than 25 years of accounting and reporting experience. Before serving as global controller, she held roles of increasing responsibility in SEC reporting and financial accounting.
