
Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, hired Peter Miraglia as executive vice president, Alliant Specialty, within the company’s mergers & acquisitions vertical.
Miraglia brings over three decades of insurance industry experience with specialized expertise in private equity transactions. Based in New York, Miraglia most recently served as chief operating officer at Willis Towers Watson.

Alliant also hired Mark Rusas as executive vice president and managing director of Alliant Specialty within the company’s mergers & acquisitions vertical. Rusas has over 30 years of industry experience. Based in New York, Rusas most recently served as managing director, industry vertical leader, and private equity & transactional solutions at Willis Towers Watson.
Embroker’s Maletsky Joins Hiscox

Hiscox appointed Mike Maletsky vice president, practice leader – technology E&O and cyber. Maletsky, based in Maryland, leads all aspects of Hiscox USA’s technology E&O and cyber underwriting.
Maletsky brings over 18 years of industry experience to his role, most recently serving as assistant vice president, digital products, at Embroker. Before that, Maletsky held product management and learning and development roles with The Hartford and started his career in underwriting with Chubb.
