Hiscox hired Frank Lamantia as chief technology officer, effective January 21. He will report to Mary Boyd, CEO of Hiscox USA, as well as Chris Loake, chief information officer of Hiscox Group, and will serve on both the Hiscox US Leadership Team and the Hiscox Group Technology Leadership Team.
Lamantia will lead all aspects of Hiscox USA’s technology development. He has over 15 years of technology leadership experience, most recently serving as Bold Penguin’s chief technology officer. Prior to Bold Penguin, Lamantia held technology leadership roles with Magellan Health and Olive. He started his career in insurance with Nationwide.
