Xceedance Appoints Sankaran as Global Chief Operating Officer
Xceedance, headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, named Subramanian (Subbu) Sankaran to the new role of global chief operating officer.
Sankaran has over 30 years of experience in global operations and transformation roles across organizations such as Wipro, Accenture, GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, WNS, GE Capital, and Pfizer. He has experience in insurance, healthcare, finance, procurement, and HR operations. He has led large global teams, managed complex client portfolios, and driven change in steady-state and high-growth environments.
Former Capgemini COO Naquin Joins ReSource Pro as SVP & General Manager of Technology Services
ReSource Pro, headquartered in New York City, appointed Paul Naquin as senior vice president and general manager, technology services. In this newly created role, Naquin will lead a global technology services team delivering end-to-end services for insurance organizations—including system configuration and enhancements, cloud and platform implementations, data and analytics, AI-powered automation, and production support.
Naquin has over 30 years of experience leading technology programs for Accenture, Capgemini and NTT DATA Services. He most recently served as group senior vice president at NTT DATA, following nearly two decades in executive roles at Capgemini, where he was chief operating officer for North America.
Naquin will lead technology services as a standalone business unit with full P&L responsibility, driving capability expansion, strategic acquisitions, and partnerships.
