
Resilience, headquartered in New York City, named James C. Riviezzo as head of North American distribution and strategy.
Riviezzo has over 25 years of industry experience, joining Resilience from At-Bay where he served as head of national broker relations.
Before At-Bay, Riviezzo held leadership roles at Briza, American International Group (AIG) where he directed the U.S. client engagement practice, Safety National Casualty Corporation, and Marsh USA.
At Resilience, Riviezzo will be responsible for building out the strategy and execution of Resilience’s broker network to further establish the company’s insurance and software solutions.
Aon’s NFP Hires Nordeen for US Construction and Infrastructure Growth

NFP, an Aon company, appointed Yuna Nordeen as senior vice president, U.S. growth leader, construction and infrastructure (C&I).
Nordeen will be based in Chicago and report to Adrian Pellen, managing director and co-leader of NFP’s C&I Group.
Nordeen has over a decade of experience in commercial P/C and distribution strategy. She previously served as vice president, distribution, at Arch Insurance Group, and worked at Hiscox USA as their first business development leader.
