Docucorp(R) International, a Dallas-based provider of enterprise information solutions to insurance and other industries, announced record revenues of $72.6 million and record net income of $6.0 million for fiscal year 2002. Revenues for fiscal year 2002 increased 15 percent as compared to revenues of $63.2 million in fiscal 2001.
Net income increased 143 percent over fiscal year 2001 net income of $2.5 million. Earnings per share increased to $0.40 per diluted share in fiscal year 2002 from $0.17 per diluted share in fiscal year 2001.
For the quarter ended July 31, 2002, net income increased 85 percent to a record $1.8 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, as compared to net income of $963,000, or $0.07 per diluted share, for the same period a year ago. Docucorp’s revenues for the fourth quarter rose 9 percent to a record $18.9 million.
