Hallmark Financial Services Inc. of Dallas, Texas, a firm that engages primarily in the marketing and financing of non-standard automobile insurance in the State of Texas, announced that Timothy Bienek joined the company as executive vice president.
Bienek will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for broadening Hallmark’s business base principally through acquisitions of existing businesses.
Most recently, Bienek held the position of COO of Benfield Blanch Inc., the U.S. division of the world’s third largest reinsurance intermediary. Previously, he served as a senior VP of AAM Capital Partners, a private equity fund for investing in the insurance industry.
Bienek has also served as Director of Corporate Finance and Planning for Allstate Insurance Company, Director of Corporate Planning and then Chief Financial Officer for the Personal Lines Division of TIG Holdings, and as Vice President directing the property-casualty insurance rating practice of Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company.
