InsBridge Inc., a Plano, Texas-based provider of rating and product management solutions for the insurance industry, announced that State Auto Insurance Companies of Columbus, Ohio has selected the InsBridge RateManager(tm) and InsBridge AgentRater(tm) to support the rating activities of its agents via the Web.
State Auto plans to implement a combination of standard auto, non-standard auto and home products for production use in selected operating states in January 2003, and will install the products in the remainder of its operating states through the first half of 2003.
InsBridge said its RateManager Suite will enable State Auto to manage rates, perform quality assurance and make quoting of new business and endorsements available to its agents. With the SoftRater State Auto will be able to handle large volumes of rating requests.
