American National Insurance Company (ANICO), based in Dallas, and Universal Conversion Technologies (UCT) sealed an agreement under which UCT will provide conversion assistance for ANICO to convert some 2.7 million policy records from four different sources to two target administration systems.
UCT will provide this service under a fixed-price and guaranteed delivery schedule.
The conversions will be staged in phases and will result in sunsetting numerous ANICO systems.
