Austin, Texas-based Myriad Development Inc. announced that its Myriad’s Apprise(TM) Inspector System was selected by American Family Insurance to standardize the insurer’s field survey process. Myriad’s platform automates the process and provides the data for future retrieval and analysis.
“Use of this system will allow American Family to improve their field survey turnaround time, saving cost and more accurately identifying properties at risk. This will reduce their expected loss ratio across their homeowner’s portfolio. Further analysis of the field survey data will enable improved underwriting criteria and bring clearer focus to the key decision making variables associated with a specific property,” says Mitch Bader, Myriad CEO.
