The Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission announced the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act and Commission Rulebook Supplement 2002-04 is now available online at http://www.twcc.state.tx.us/rules/tableofcontents/supplements.html#2002-04. The rulebook can be updated with the amended rules by printing supplements from the Commission’s web site at www.twcc.state.tx.us under “Commission Rules.”
Supplement 2002-04 contains the amended rules adopted at the September 19, 2002 public meeting:
–Chapter 109 Workers’ Compensation Coverage For State Employees
–Chapter 109.1 State Agencies: General Provision
–Chapter 164 Hazardous Employer Program
–Chapter 164.9 Approval of Professional Sources for Safety Consultations
Most supplements will appear on the web site prior to becoming effective. The supplements are in PDF format and can be printed by following the directions given on the web site under “How do I update my 8 by 11 rulebook?”
