Swett & Crawford of Texas Inc. announced that Simon Bancroft was named president and CEO, and Paula Burnes was promoted to the position of executive vice president and COO of the company.
Bancroft, a 26-year veteran of the insurance industry in Texas, will direct the efforts of the Dallas offices of the national wholesale brokerage, Swett & Crawford Group.
Bancroft and Burnes have been with Swett & Crawford of Texas for 23 years and 16 years, respectively. Burnes is current president of the Texas Surplus Lines Association; Bancroft is past president.
