The forum will be a discussion of implementation of Act 351 which passed during Louisiana’s 2003 Regular Legislative Session. Effective Jan. 1, 2004, the measure will allow insurance companies to adjust rates down or up 10 percent annually without appearing before the Louisiana Insurance Rating Commission.
