The Texas Department of Insurance reported it has scheduled a hearing on Oct 29 to consider Docket No. 2577, which concerns approval of the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association’s filing of proposed adjustments to the limits of liability for the Association’s policies of windstorm and hail insurance.
The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. in Hearing Room 102 at the Hobby Building, 333 Guadalupe, Austin.
