U.S. Risk Insurance Group announced the addition of Ed Adams as senior broker in its Houston office. Adams will be handling a variety of property/casualty and professional brokerage accounts, as well as initiating new producer relations.
He was previously with Burns & Wilcox, having served in their Houston office from 1999 to 2003 as assistant branch manager, broker and contract underwriter for property/casualty accounts. Prior to his tenure at Burns & Wilcox, Adams spent four years as senior underwriter at Great American Insurance Company in their Alternative Markets division in Cincinnati.
Adams began his insurance career in 1990 at Cincinnati Insurance Company as a commercial underwriter.
