Mandeville, La.-based provider of risk management solutions and group benefits administration, FARA, announced it has promoted Charlotte Briones to claims supervisor of the Long Beach, Calif. branch office, effective immediately.
In her new position, Briones is responsible for the claims supervision of one of FARA’s program business accounts.
Briones joined FARA in 2003 as a claims adjuster. She was previously employed as the branch supervisor of Crawford and Company’s El Segundo, Calif. office. Briones also worked as a senior workers’ compensation adjuster for CGU Insurance in Glendale, Calif.
“Charlotte is a seasoned veteran of the insurance industry and a highly skilled claims professional,” said Francis Reynaud, vice president of FARA and manager of FARA’s West Coast operations.
“Her expertise and leadership make her the best fit for this position,” he added.
