Carolyn Wagner, commercial lines manager for MaximInsurance and an employee for 15 years, was recently honored at the 2004 Woman of the Year luncheon, held at the Junior League of Houston.
Wagner was selected 2004 Woman of the Year by the Bay Area Vision Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA). Woman of the Year award recipients are chosen based on ABWA participation, education, career accomplishments and community involvement. A loyal ABWA member for many years, she has served in almost every elected office for the organization.
“We are very proud to see Carolyn awarded with such a prestigious title,” said Ron Masters, president of MaximInsurance, which has offices in Dickinson and League City. “Her accomplishments here at Maxim and in the business community deserve to be recognized.”
The Bay Area Vision Chapter also nominated Wagner for the Top Ten Business Women of ABWA, an honor for which she will be competing nationally.
