The Louisiana Department of Insurance will hold a property and casualty filing seminar in Baton Rouge on Aug. 19 and 20, 2004.
Hot topics include: Regulation 78; Terrorism; Flexible Rating/Filing Provisions; Credit Scoring; Mold and Moisture; Industry Access; Form Filing Guidelines; and 2004 Legislative Actions. Louisiana Department of Insurance staff will facilitate the sessions.
On hand will be Insurance Commissioner J. Robert Wooley; Deputy Commissioner Office of Property and Casualty Paula P. Davis; and Assistant Commissioner Office of Property and Casualty Barita Morgan. The Insurance Rating Division, Forms and Compliance Division and Company Licensing Division will also be represented.
