The Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission announced it has provided the Texas Department of Insurance Commissioner with new average weekly wage rates effective Sept. 1, 2004.
Under Section 408.047 of the Texas Labor Code, the state average weekly wage for Fiscal Year 2005 is $539 per week.
These rates will be effective from Sept. 1, 2004, through August 31, 2005.
