The coverage is written by Balboa Lloyds Insurance Company, an admitted market rated “A.” It offers limits up $750,000. Minimum premium is $500 and deductibles run 1 percent and 2 percent in Tier 1 counties. Available by appointment.
Coverage details include: HO-A+ (with the HO-470T Extended Coverage); no photos or signatures required; loss free renewal credit up to 10 percent; direct bill; seasonal and secondary acceptable (with primary HO); up to 50 percent new home discount for homes 20 years and newer; and online quoting, application and endorsements submission via Arrowhead Exchange.
