Cunningham Lindsey U.S. (CLUS), headquartered in Dallas, Texas, announced it has organized a Fast-Track Unit to provide expedited claims handling services to insurers. This service is in addition to CLUS traditional field adjusting services, and will be handled from CLUS Catastrophe Response Center (CRC) in Dallas.
“We wanted to provide an additional service to the industry that could help expedite the claim process for insurers and their customers in the face of Hurricane Katrina’s devastation,” said Vice President Karl Nann. “Our expertise in handling these types of claims made good sense for us to expand this and extend the service to the industry at this time.”
