Mullens to Head Social Service Team at London American

Texas-based London American Risk Specialists Inc. announced that Mike Mullens joined the company as departmental manager of its social service facility team.

With 18 years’ of experience in the industry, Mullens most recently served as program underwriter for Black /White & Associates’ social service program.
