Dallas-based Arcana Insurance Services LP announced that Susan Gropp has joined the firm as senior vice president over brokerage/underwriting operations and claims.
She has over 25 years in the insurance business with proficiency in property and casualty underwriting, as well as claims, and has successfully managed both departments in her career.
Gropp formerly was senior vice president at Maclean, Oddy and Associates.
