North American Group reported it has purchased Oklahoma City, Okla.-based Davis Duke & Co. Insurance Agency. The employees of Davis Duke have relocated to the North American Group’s Oklahoma City offices.
“The entire transition, from the January 6th sale through the employee move, has been smooth,” stated Mike Ross, president and CEO of North American Group. He added, “We are very pleased with manner in which our two organizations have come together. Our number one goal is to continue the fine tradition of customer service the Davis Duke clients have known – and we’re achieving that.”
North American Group, based in Oklahoma City with offices throughout the state, employs some 180 insurance professionals, generates annual premiums of $300 million and is Oklahoma’s only Assurex Global Partner.
