Southwest Risk, LP, a wholesale broker in Dallas, Texas, announced the launch of Apartment Guard, a proprietary loss control program for apartments.
Apartment Guard is designed to educate apartment property owners, managers and maintenance staff in the risk management process. By addressing issues such as defensibility and loss control, office safety and guidelines, crime reduction, and emergency response procedures, the programs aims to help reduce the risk of loss, a benefit to both the insured and the carriers.
Apartment Guard is offered exclusively to any retail agent or insured who utilize the services of Southwest Risk, LP as a wholesale broker. Seminars are held quarterly throughout the state of Texas, with additional seminars available upon request. Each attendee receives an Apartment Guard Loss Control Manual, containing extensive information and helpful tips for managing risks at apartments.
