Hartwig Moss Benefits Welcomes Percle

Hartwig Moss Benefits, a division of 135 year-old New Orleans-based Hartwig Moss Insurance Agency Ltd., announced the addition of client relations associate, Tammy Percle to its Client Service Team.

Percle comes to Hartwig Moss Benefits from Metropolitan Gastroenterology, a large physician group with three locations in the New Orleans area. In her years there, she gained the unique experience of managing the group’s human resources challenges while working with health insurance carriers both as a plan administrator and a healthcare provider’s office. Prior to this, Percle worked in Customer Service for Ochsner Health Plan.

“Right now, over 70 percent of our current clients have access to a qualified high deductible plan as at least a part of their health plan offerings,” said Tom Daly, managing principal of Hartwig Moss Benefits. “This movement towards Consumer Driven Care has caused a paradigm shift in the way patients interact with their healthcare providers and insurance companies. Having someone with Tammy’s experience and knowledge on our team will enable us to raise the service bar for our clients once again.
