WCRI announced it will present the preliminary results for Louisiana from two WCRI benchmark studies at a public meeting held by the Louisiana Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Administration on October 4, 2006, in Baton Rouge, La.
The 7th Edition of the annual WCRI CompScope multistate benchmark study compares the workers’ compensation system performance for Louisiana with that of 13 other states (Arkansas, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin). In addition to briefing the preliminary results for CompScope, WCRI will present preliminary findings for medical prices, payments and utilization benchmarks from the WCRI Anatomy benchmarks (6th Edition).
