Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced it has acquired Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services in Waco, Texas.
Founded in 2003, Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services (FBIS) is an employee benefits consultant and insurance broker offering a broad range of employee benefits insurance and consulting services to their Texas clients.
The firm specializes in group life, accident, health, dental, retirement, long and short term disability and cafeteria plans.
Todd Dorton and his associates will continue to operate at their current location under the direction of John Neumaier, South Central regional executive vice president of Gallagher’s employee benefit consulting and brokerage operation.
FBIS is the second agency acquisition in Texas in February. Gallagher earlier this week announced the acquisition of Dallas-based PartnerSource Inc.
