For the third consecutive year, the Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company will be returning a dividend to all LAMMICO policyholders in Louisiana and Arkansas.
Nearly 6,000 policyholders will receive a 10 percent dividend of a policyholder’s written premium.
The total dividend declared is approximately $5.1 million.
The current announcement follows two previous dividends equaling 20 percent in total. All policyholders holding a LAMMICO policy as of Dec. 9, 2009, will receive dividend checks during the first quarter of 2010.
