Louisiana is the poster child for lawsuit abuse and lead the country per capita in frivolous lawsuits. If the country shut down all lawschools for 20 years, we would still have too many lawyers suing businesses.
We need to clean house. Eliminate every single insurance company and outlaw them all except for on property that has a loan attached to it. Any other is just crap and needs to be done away with. It is insurance that has caused the raise in prices due to all the unfair and unethical practices they use.While were at it we need to really just take every lawyer and judge, put them all of a bunch of boats and send them half way to any other country. Just drip them off rightthere in the ocean half way to their new destination. Good riddance. And then the pooliticians and bankers go next. Aafter that we should have gotten rid of the worst scum in our country and can let the prisoners out and deal with those sweethearts in comparison to the ones we just took care of. No problem.

I don’t know how this joker got on an Insurance blog. He couldn’t possibly be employed in this industry. If it weren’t for the Insurance Industry, there wouldn’t be much economic activity. Banks couldn’t do loans without insurance protecting their financial interest for real property and or vehicles. Business couldn’t operate or the first lawsuit would put them out of business. My only conclusion is that he must be an Obama supporter who views all business as evil.
