“forgiving” loans? This is $240M in honest, hard working taxpayer money they’re writing off. The government has conditioned this permanent state of disaster to expect a free ride everytime a storm hits. This state is useless and unworthy of any further aid.

Where do we go to fire the bureaucrats who approved this loan forgiveness? This city and state are as corrupt as can be and Nagin wants it to be known as the Chocolate City. If it weren’t for the Jazz Music and food, it would be totally useless. Now, they will get additional money to rebuild the levees until the next storm hits.

They don’t even have the “jazz music and food”. The French Quarter is nothing like it used to be. As for Nagin, he’s a racist. And what’s with the “chocolate city”? He means black city. New Orleans is a loss loser. It has no economy, doesn’t contribute anything to the national economy, companies won’t relocate there, and tourists don’t go there anymore. It’s a welfare state that drains resources badly needed by other living cities.

Sounds like the ideal city our Socialist in Chief envisions for the rest of America. Throw in Detroit (which has lost half of its population)and is like a third world city and you have a recipe for disaster. The demwits will not abandon this city because they have virtually all the votes there, but it is a drain on our society and we will be taxed accordingly to support it.

We all have to buy insurance or we know the Federal/State Govt’s will not come to our aid and GIVE us money to re-build our homes/assets.

BUT, the chocolate idiot Mayor holds off FEMA from helping during the disaster and Bush still gets criticized for Katrina. Bush did what Nagin and the dumb ***** governor would allow.

If Bush had Usurped local authority and taken over LA, can you hear the whining liberals screaming too much Fed govt?
Let the local idiots sink in their own ****. The city is built ON the SEA but UNDER SEA LEVEL??? Who is the idiot who thought that would be a good idea?

Let the city fend for itself. I do not care what happens. When Nagin says it is a chocolate city, I say find chocolate MONEY. NOT MINE>

This city, Chicago & Detroit are the armpits of America. Corruption, vice and ignorance are rampant. They had plenty of notice to evacuate and Nagin did nothing, then blamed Bush when the folks were trapped in the Superdome. They had wholesale looting by the thugs on the streets. Not a pretty picture. When the oil spill happened, the government under our current Socialist in Chief did nothing and allowed the marshes to be spoiled. After all, he couldn’t go out there and suck it up with a straw, could he? Bobby Jindal was begging for equipment to get the oil up and the Union thugs prevented help from coming in. Obama was an idiot in all phases of this and depended on BP to do everything when many other countries offered to help. Now, he is preventing any more drilling in the Gulf and jobs have been lost. Unbelievable how inept this government is.

Ok, first, head to your favorite liquor store..get whatever suits your budget and taste. And let’s watch this insanity of the next two years….already, Barack Obama, quoted on CBS following the mid terms and reported in the UK Telegraph today, November 11 in regard to 9.6% unemployment:

He is concerned that existing businesses will simply pay existing employees more money and that those companies will also earn “bigger profits” and not hire any new workers, leading to a “new norm” in unemployment of 10%. I kid you not, he said this…he is AFRAID that Americans and American businesses will earn more and not hire unneeded employees!!!!

Now if that quote doesn’t call for a vodka tonic I don’t know what does!!!!!!!!

We don’t fit his redistribution of wealth philosophy which is totally counter to free market Capitalism. The reason why business is not hiring is their fear of what is coming down the pike on taxation, regulation and government debt. He thinks he just didn’t communicate it well enough for us and we are too stupid to get it. We actually did get it and we rejected it. I don’t think he will change either. Too much Socialism in his background.
