As much as I enjoy visiting New Orleans and as much as I like my friends who live there, the only “art” I can think of is a large birdbath filled with briny mud as a monument to a coastal city built below sea level that will be flooded and wiped out again and again and will drain the resources of the taxpayers and insurance companies who have to pay for all of the damage.
