TDECU Insurance Agency LLC announced it has acquired two independent insurance agencies: Assurance Insurance Agency Inc. (Assurance) based in Bellville, Texas, and Burridge Insurance Agency Inc. (Burridge) based in Angleton, Texas.
These agency acquisitions are on the heels of TDECU Insurance’s purchase of Associated Insurance Agency Inc. which closed on Jan. 3, 2012. The newest acquisitions closed on Feb. 2.
Assurance Insurance Agency specializes in commercial insurance for small and mid-sized businesses and has built a solid reputation while serving the Texas business community since 1995.
Burridge Insurance Agency, with expertise is in life and health insurance and employee benefits, has operated since 2005 as a family-owned independent insurance agency serving Brazoria County.
