Leigh Harris joined Texas-based Roach Howard Smith & Barton insurance brokerage firm as assistant vice president in the employee benefits division.
Prior to benefits consulting, Harris spent six years as a workforce management consultant with ADP, working with C level executives of mid-sized businesses to help maximize their human capital investment and develop long-term cost containment strategies. Harris brings unique insight into all aspects of payroll, HR, benefits administration, and business process outsourcing to deliver unmatched value to our clients.
Harris was a member of the Ernst & Young nominating committee for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Program in which RHSB has been involved as well.
Harris currently serves as a board member for Friends of Wednesday’s Child, non-profit supporting foster children across 19 counties of North Texas.
