Absurd. Likely a witch-hunt because people think insurance companies should front OEM Parts without paying additional premium. AM or LKQ parts are not “unsafe” like the AG is asserting. Not a fan of State Farm but they will win that portion of the suit. Will be interesting to see what practices they were using to coerce claimants and insureds to use their shops, however.
