    Wouldn’t you know it was a Democrat caught doing this. Can we say disbarment plus whatever other penalties, fines from this action?

      According to the article, he faces 1 year in jail and a $4k fine. I’m with you, though – he should be disbarred

      There are attorneys out there who advertise and actively solicit auto accidents. A friend of mine was rear ended at a stop sign and two days later, he received a letter from an attorney offering to represent him. They have arrangements with local PD to buy accident reports. The mistake the attorney made was that he was soliciting an insurance agent who reported him to the Bar Association. Of course, the Bar did nothing to the attorney. They protect their own.

    Phew. I thought the defense attorney would argue their client should have been found guilty! That’s come great journalism right there (end sarcasm)
