Dallas-based ANBTX Insurance Services Inc. has added Tammy Mullins as commercial lines account executive and Shad Durham as senior claim manager in its commercial property/casualty division.
Mullins comes to ANBTX from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and brings 18 years of experience in commercial property/casualty account management. In addition to managing a large, diversified book of business, she will be responsible for helping manage the commercial lines marketing, workflow processes and to supervise customer risk management.
As senior claim manager, Durham will be responsible for client claims advocacy including monitoring the insurance carrier claim management process, reserve setting, coverage analysis and litigation strategy. Formerly a catastrophe claims specialist with State Farm, Durham brings 10 years of claim adjusting and counseling experience to ANBTX.
