The Texas Surplus Lines Association Inc. elected new officers and directors at its 60th annual meeting held Nov. 9 in Austin.
The new officers are:
- President Shawn Fabors, managing director, AmWINS Program Underwriters Inc., Dallas
- Vice President Teri Brinson, executive vice president, M.D. Jensvold & Co. Inc., Houston
- Secretary/Treasurer Garrett Sprowls, general counsel/managing broker, Professional Lines Underwriting Specialists Inc. (PLUS Inc.), Austin
New directors are:
- Amicia Hine (3 year term), McClelland & Hine Inc., San Antonio
- Chris Holzkamper (3 year term), RSI International Inc., Arlington
- Walter Tomlinson (3 year term) Risk Placement Services, Houston
- Randy Myers (2 year term), Admiral Insurance Co., Austin
- Wes Rapp (2 year term), Navigators Management Co., Houston
Current directors are: Matt Leicht, ISU LLC, Houston; Ellen McBride, TAPCO Underwriters, Dallas; Jennifer Mier, AmWINS Brokerage of Texas, Dallas; Barbara Partlow, Houston Surplus Lines, Sugar Land; Linda Reed, AUI Inc., Austin; and Veronica Smith, Myron Steves, Houston.
The TSLA Executive Committee consists of the current officers and the immediate Past President Penny Restrepo, Delta General Agency Corp.
