Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Bomford, Couch & Wilson Inc. in Miami, Okla.

Established in 1904, Bomford, Couch & Wilson (BCW) is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property/casualty, risk management consulting, employee benefits and personal lines insurance services to small and middle-market clients throughout the four corners area of Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. The firm specializes in providing insurance coverage for religious, agricultural and pharmaceutical clients.
Jim Couch and his associates will continue to operate under the direction of Jay Eshelman, head of Gallagher’s central region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is headquartered in Itasca, Ill.
