Jacksonville, Fla.-based personal lines-focused independent agency, Brightway Insurance, has opened a new branch in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Brightway, The Concord Agency is located at 5733 Essen Lane, Suite D-3 in Baton Rouge, La.
Brightway assists branch agencies with customer service, carrier relationships, marketing, accounting and technology.
The company also opened two new agencies in Florida and one in Arizona.
