Texas Stamping Office Now Accepting Online Payments; Announces Move

March 1, 2018

The Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas (SLTX) announced that as of March 1 it is accepting electronic invoice payments.

Payments may be made via credit card or Automated Clearing House (ACH) through the SLTX online filing system. There is no action required for users with an existing online filing system account. For those who do not yet have an account, registration can be completed through the SLTX website. Users are not required to file surplus lines policies electronically to gain access to the online payment portal.

Once logged in, a “Pay Invoices” button will be visible on the left navigation menu. Entering the payment portal will open a new, secure tab in the browser. For step-by-step instructions, SLTX has created a how-to guide on the online invoice payment process. The guide is located on the SLTX Broker Forms page of the SLTX website.

There is no additional fee to make ACH payments; however, credit card transactions require a 3.25 percent processing fee. Those who do not wish to submit payments electronically may settle invoices by check.

User information and payment details will remain secure and confidential. SLTX ensures that all transactions meet stringent regulatory and technology security guidelines, and no account information will be stored by SLTX.

Offices to Move

SLTX will be updating its address in April 2018 as it moves to a new office suite. The new address will be as follows:

Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas
805 Las Cimas Parkway, Suite 300
Austin, TX 78746

The SLTX website, phone numbers, and email addresses will remain the same.
