Texas-Based Goosehead Insurance Going Public With IPO

    Worst Customer Experience Ever Can’t understand how they got IPO- I had to call 8 time to get my policy updated my rep wouldn’t return my calls and then another person told me it was updated so I wouldn’t get charged the yearly hike from Travelers and told me they switched me to progressive. He even promised me and told me everything was going good and signed up. But they never did it and they told me to cancel my bank transaction with Travelers which was sent to collections. Then they didn’t even get me signed up with progressive so I canceled my auto service and told them they had a chance to keep my home insurance policy. 6 months later I get collection calls for canceling the account saying they wont pay the $144 dollars due to them not canceling travelers after all the phone calls promising they everything was set up. They said they didn’t have notes on it and said wanted email proof of me canceling which my rep never would respond and that’s why I had to call 6 times prior. They wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager and told me they were busy after putting me on hold for 20 min when I first called. Do not use Goosehead Insurance!
