Workers’ compensation provider, Texas Mutual Insurance Co., is partnering with The University of Texas at Dallas’ (UT Dallas) Naveen Jindal School of Management for a brand-new Risk Control and Safety Engineering class.
This course is currently exclusive to UT Dallas and only offered at the Jindal School.
Bill Jackson, regional vice president of Texas Mutual’s Dallas office, introduced the new course to attendees at the Jindal School’s Emerging Risk Forum, where risk management and insurance (RMI) and actuarial science students learned about the various curriculum on RMI that UT Dallas offers.
The event also featured Steven Badger, a partner at Zelle LLP in Dallas, and served as an opportunity for students to network with RMI professionals in attendance from across the DFW area.
With the announcement of this new course, Texas Mutual is now the largest RMI partner at UT Dallas.
