Brown & Brown of Kentucky Inc., a subsidiary of Brown & Brown Inc., has acquired substantially all assets of Arlington, Texas-based Dealer Associates Inc. (DAI), the company reported.
Since 1990, DAI has provided a broad range of finance and insurance (F&I) products, coupled with F&I, sales and service training, financial performance consulting, and reinsurance management services for auto dealers in Texas and other states. DAI has annual revenues of approximately $8.5 million.
DAI principals Tony Fincannon, Rick Messenger and their DAI team will join the Brown & Brown Dealer Services practice, which operates under the leadership of Mike Neal, president of Brown & Brown of Kentucky Inc.
Brown & Brown Inc., through its subsidiaries, offers a broad range of insurance products and related services. Additionally, certain Brown & Brown subsidiaries offer a variety of risk management, third-party administration, and other services.
