Nikki Spicer has joined the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma (IIAO) as the association’s new workers’ compensation program account manager. She will be working alongside Susan Starr and is replacing Niki Wigington, who has taken on a new role with the association.
Spicer comes to IIAO with a background in property/casualty insurance. She has six years of insurance experience under her belt. Before working in insurance, she was licensed for long-term care and nursing.
Wigington is transitioning into a new role with IIAO as E&O master policy account manager. Wigington will be facilitating the E&O process for the group’s master policy accounts.
